PIECE AVAILABILITY
I list pieces to the site as mini collections, around every 4-6 weeks. The date of upcoming listings will be advertised in my site banner and in my Instagram bio and channel in advance.
Website updates are always on a Saturday at 19:30.
There will be one of each piece available.
I don't take reserves for items, demand is too high to say yes to everyone.
TIPS FOR BUYING ON UPDATE NIGHTS
I upload all items at once.
I try to hide items as soon as they sell so it’s easier to see what remains available.
Sometimes items are hidden before you see they were uploaded, some people are just that fast.
The site doesn’t reserve items for you that are in your basket, these can be purchased by others out of your basket.
If you want to purchase multiple pieces but are worried about the issue above, buy them singularly and I can refund the postage.
You will have only secured the item if you receive an email from my website AND PayPal. Sometimes it will look like you have been charged if someone else buys the item, but you will not be charged. PayPal will return your funds.
Orders are shipped within *5-7* days ⏰of purchase. You will receive a dispatch email from me with tracking (where relevant)and usually a separate email with care information.
If you miss out there will be more in the future! I don’t repeat exact pieces but there will be more of the same creature/theme at some point.
Please no angry messages if you miss out - I don't reply.
REPEAT PIECES
Each piece is a unique artwork. I don't repeat pieces! There may be similar themed pieces in the future, but no replication.
COMMISSIONS
I do not currently take commission requests.
SHIPPING
I ship everywhere.
All UK orders are posted via Royal Mail First Class.
International orders over are sent via International Tracked shipping. Tracked shipping ranges from £11-15 depending on piece size and weight.

If an item happens to go missing, there will be a period of 8 weeks where we wait or the item to arrive - after then we can discuss a replacement/refund for the item.
